Delta Goodrem’s commercial success

Born to buy (and sell)Ya’ll know that I love my infomercials, but I haven’t been tuning in as much as usual of late, so imagine my surprise when I switched on for some late night cheese last week only to find one Ms. Delta Goodrem the new face of Proactiv Solution!
Delta, like the awesome Michala Banas before her, has plenty of nice things to say about how the acid-like wonder potions have cured her complexion.
Come to think of it, Delta has a lot to say about a lot of products these days. In the absence of any new music, Ms. Goodrem has turned into a virtual selling machine.No doubt you have seen her omnipresent ads for So Good soy milk alongside comedian Toby Truslove. After supposedly convincing her to change her name to Delta So Goodrem (ha!), the follow-up commercial’s promise of Delta performing the So Good jingle still hasn’t happened. Australia is getting impatient, So Good! Play the song already!Delta is also the face and hair of Sunsilk shampoo, her flowing locks gracing TV, magazine ads and even the sides of buses.She’s also got a deal with Nintendo, first spruiking the Wii alongside her fiancé Brian McFadden, and now solo taking photos of herself in a café on the new DSi. It must be said that the new DSi ad is the closest to her actual personality I have ever seen her on TV.
It should also be noted that my hair has been much shinier and skin much clearer of late.

After you finally release the So Good jingle, can we please have a new album from you?
